Layered Perspectives - Montsalvat

An immersive photographic installation that examines place, photography, and the meeting points of digital and technology. The work combines imagery of New Zealand landscape layered with images of Australian industrial buildings to create illusions of industry and its impact on the landscape. By combining imagery from Te Wahipounamu of New Zealand with imagery from the Gunditjmara and Wurundjeri lands of Melbourne, the installation creates an imaginary space that explores the symbiotic relationship between architecture and the landscape.
